Yes, I realize that I often drift back to Blue Rodeo songs. I am aware of this issue in my life and I have no desire to correct it. I’d like to say that after my last blog entry that I’m going to lighten up a bit but it’s just not going to happen.

I’m not sure that anyone lives in this world without addiction. I think the key is finding an addiction that suits your life rather than damages it.

My project to rid my space of stuff is starting to remind me of a Rubik's Cube. Every time I solve one side, I realize that there are five more I've neglected.

Sometime around February, I started a massive spring cleaning project. I realized that my life was filled with useless crap and that it was bunging up my existence the way too much red meat and not enough veg does to the lower intestine.

I've been giving it my best shot but, in spite of my extremely French-Canadian name, I am sadly lacking the skills for actually speaking the language.

As predicted, Montreal is a great place to shop. I have a rule when travelling and that is not to buy anything that I could get back home.

It was Montreal, Saturday night and one of the original six was in town. There was only one thing to do; spend an exorbitant amount of money on seats in the nose bleeds and head for Centre Bell.

There’s something that’s always bothered me. In spite of the fact that I used to ski and in spite of the fact that I live within two hours of some of the best skiing in the world, I’ve lived in this damn place for almost ten years and until recently had only hit the slopes twice.

For the record (no pun intended), I can't believe that I didn't put Lost Together on this compilation.
