Ignoring Depression

Ignorance is definitely not bliss. It's amazing how long people are willing to put up with crushing emotional pain rather than seek help.
Not many people find the courage the way you have to make even much smaller changes in their lives (I'm guilty of that). I'm glad that you took the chance to see what was on the other side of a hard decision that needed to be made. :)
