S.B. Lunt I've listened to this album since it came out in 1983. In fact, I own it on CD, Cassette and (dare I say it) LP.
By the time I hit junior high school, I knew the words to all the songs. Like most tweens, I wasn't too aware of the meaning of the pop I was spewing non-stop as I danced around my room trying to cram as many jelly bracelets as possible onto my wrists.
In grade 10, a religion teacher said that She Bop was all about masturbation and that we should never listen to it.
After that I listened to it even more.
