Yes, I know, life is unfair. Nobody needs to point it out again, but in the words of Bill Waterson as spoken by the 6-year-old Calvin, just once I'd like it to be unfair in my favour. What am I talking about, you may ask? Well, it's like this. Four years ago (2004) this summer, I finally had found a way to start losing weight that worked for me. By the summer of 2005, I was down 45 lbs. and by 2006, another 45 lbs. During that time I was going through a number of stressful events in my life including my RTC training so for the next year and half I didn't really lose all that much but I maintained which for me has been a big part of the battle. In January of this year when I was on my Staycation, I did a little research to find a program to get rid of my last 50 and also that Evilscientist and I could do together. Evilscientist turns 40 this year and I was none to keen on him dropping dead of a heart attack.

So I found an inexpensive and easy solution that I hoped would work for us both. Now, I've done okay, I've gotten ride of another 20 lbs in the last 5 months which is a pretty respectable weight loss...

EVILSCIENTIST HAS LOST 45 LBS IN THE LAST 4 MONTHS DOING THE SAME PROGRAM AND GETTING TO EAT WAY MORE THAN ME!

Yeah, I know he had a lot more too lose but if we had started this together when I was heavier than him imagine how pissed off I would be. There's just no justice.
