Saturday swims are a little different than the weekdays. There are less kids hanging about because there aren't any lessons going on and it's all lane swimmers. That means that I'm not the only one wearing a swim cap and goggles. I did my 350 m in 12 minutes which is a vast improvement and moving me higher on the times from last year's results. With two and half months left to go I'm feeling encouraged that I'll be able to get my time down even more for the swim by the time of the tri. After my swim, I went home and changed for a 25 minute run. It wasn't a bad run and although I started tired but about half-way through I got my second wind.
